Shipping & Return Policy
When you buy something from PH Lab Products, you understand that we are selling products with CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. The FDA has not reviewed these statements, and they are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Always talk to your doctor before starting a new supplement. We follow FDA rules, and since these products aren’t FDA-evaluated, we don’t make any health benefit claims. If you choose to buy PH Lab Products, you are doing so based on your own beliefs about their benefits.
Damaged Products
All PH Lab Products are tested for quality and carefully checked before shipping. When you get your order, inspect each product to make sure it wasn’t damaged during shipping. Any claims for damaged products and solutions are subject to PH Lab Products’ current Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods.

By buying our products, you agree to and understand our Refund Policy. PH Lab Products only accepts returns and refunds for purchases made on www.phlabproducts.com. We do not accept returns from purchases made in retail stores.
Shipping
PH Lab Products ships all orders through USPS within the United States. If you place your order before 2 PM Central Time Monday – Friday, we’ll ship it the same day. Shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays. You will get payment, receipt, and tracking information by email after your order is completed.
What shipping methods does PH Lab Products offer?
PH Lab Products offers a flat rate of $7.65. We use USPS for all domestic orders, excluding U.S. territories.
Is PH Lab Products able to ship to all 50 states?
PH Lab Products can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
How soon can PH Lab Products ship my order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Returns
PH Lab Products will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange. The customer must pay the return shipping cost and the cost to ship any exchanged goods back to you.
How much time will I have to make a return claim?
You have 30 days from your purchase date to make a return. Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. You will get an email when the return is processed. PH Lab Products will credit your original form of payment for returns mailed within 30 days of the shipping date.
Double-check the shipping address when you complete a transaction! If you enter an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend returned packages. Unreturned packages that get lost in the mail due to an incorrect address are nonrefundable.
